Morning Obsession

Abby is captivated with the belt buckle on her high chair.  She'll fasten the belt over and over again for 20 minutes straight.  She can't yet open the straps, so Greg and I are on standby.  We release the snaps, and then she repeats her work with absolute concentration.  Belt buckle play is a fun-filled activity in the morning, afternoon and evening, but I took these photos soon after Abby awoke.  Notice the puffy eyes and blanket creases on her cheek.  Little peanut.  Wish I was that cute first thing in the morning, and she doesn't even use a nighttime moisturizer.
